One clear, well-lit photo of a room in your home — ideally an empty room with no people. Please don’t upload photos showing children’s faces, and don’t upload someone else’s home. Common JPG, PNG or HEIC phone photos work.

The free photo and clip usually take a minute or two. Paid videos can take longer — up to 24 hours in rare cases. If we can’t deliver within 24 hours you get a full refund.

After you buy, you get a link to your viewing page. Your results stay locked until Christmas morning (when you choose), then the page unlocks so the family can watch together. Keep the link from your email or order page.

Email us with your order ID and the time zone you want, and we will update it before Christmas morning. You can always watch early with the parent-preview link on your viewing page.

Your uploaded photo is not stored: it is discarded as soon as your AI photo is made. Free results stop being available after 24 hours and are deleted within 48 hours. To remove anything sooner, or to delete paid results or your email, email us with your order ID or email address.

Check spam for the delivery email, then open your order page from the Creem receipt. If nothing is there after a few hours, email us with your checkout email or order ID. If we can’t deliver within 24 hours, you’re refunded in full.

Yes, for fun — please make clear it’s a festive AI creation and not real footage. Don’t use it to mislead people in a harmful way (see the Terms).

One AI photo and a 6-second camera-style clip, both downloadable. The clip carries a camera-style corner label, and free files stop being available after 24 hours. The two 6-second AI videos, three stills and printable report are part of the $7.99 pack.

It is processed on our servers and by third-party AI providers (Google and MiniMax) as described in the Privacy Policy.
