Privacy Policy

FableCam (https://fablecam.com) is operated by Jiansheng Jiang (“we”, “us”). Unlike a purely in-browser tool, this Service uploads your photo to our server and passes it to third-party AI providers. This page explains what happens to it. The Service is for adults (parents and guardians) and is not directed to children.
1. Your photo: where it goes
- You upload one photo of a room from your device.
- It is stored briefly on our servers, hosted by Cloudflare (United States and its global edge network).
- We send it to third-party AI models to create your results:
- Google (Gemini image model) — to generate the picture.
- MiniMax (a company headquartered in China) — to generate the video. Requests may be handled through a US-hosted inference provider acting on MiniMax’s behalf.
- The results are stored on our servers and shown to you.
These providers process your photo under their own terms and privacy policies, which may differ from ours and may allow processing in other countries. We choose services and settings that do not use your content for training where such an option is offered, but we cannot control their systems. Because of this, we recommend uploading a photo of an empty room with no people in it. Please do not upload photos that show children’s faces, or anything you would not want processed by these companies. We do not run face detection or store face data.
2. How long we keep things

The AI providers keep data according to their own policies; we ask for the shortest retention available. We do not use your photos to train AI models and we do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete your photo or results sooner at support@fablecam.com.
3. Other data we collect

| Anonymous usage events: page visits (referring site, campaign tags, desktop or mobile, browser family) and steps such as “photo uploaded” or “checkout started”, with your country as reported by our host. To count unique visitors per day we store a short one-way code made from your IP address and browser with a random value that changes every day and is deleted after two days, so it can’t be traced back to you or linked across days. No cookies, no IP address stored, no user ID, and nothing from your photo. The Service sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
4. Children
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law requires). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, or to restrict or object to its use, by emailing support@fablecam.com. We will answer within one month. You can delete your photo or results at any time by contacting us.
UK and EEA users (UK GDPR / GDPR): our legal bases are performance of a contract (creating and delivering your results and order), our legitimate interests (security, anonymous analytics) and, where needed, your consent (the email you give for the preview). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority. Your photo is transferred outside the UK/EEA (to the US and, via MiniMax, potentially China); by uploading it you ask us to do this to provide the Service.
California and other US states: we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. You may exercise your state privacy rights through the same email address.
6. Security
Files are transferred over HTTPS and stored with access limits. No system is perfectly secure, so please follow the upload advice above.
