Refund Policy
Effective date: November 17, 2026
The free photo and clip let you see the style before you pay. If the full pack ($7.99) doesn’t work out, here is what we do.
Generation failed or late
If the AI generation fails, or we cannot deliver your results within 24 hours of your order, you get a full refund. Email us and we will process it.
Not happy with the result
Tell us what you would like different and we will redo it once for free (you may send a different room photo). If you are still not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Already downloaded
If you have already downloaded working results, we do not guarantee a refund; these requests are handled at our discretion. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
How to ask
Email support@fablecam.com with the checkout email or order ID and a short description. Please do not send photos of children.
How refunds are paid
Purchases are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. A refunded order’s viewing page may be disabled.
